So far so good.  The fresh install, including many of the add-ons I had previously, has proven to eliminate all the oddities I was experiencing.  One thing I forgot to mention was that certain videos no longer played as well.  Everything is fine again.  And it seems to be running faster too.

I’ve noticed an odd Firefox behavior on my Macbook Pro developing for 6 months or so.  Some links to certain web sites would not work any longer.  It started with anything yahoo.  No matter what I tried I just couldn’t view the site.  Then I started to notice sometimes links pointing to Facebook wouldn’t load right.  I had no trouble going to these sites directly, it was only when linked from another site.  Even when it was a result in a Google search. more »

So, you just bought a new iPhone did ya?  That is SO yesterday!  If you really want cutting edge technology you need one of these – a rotary cell phone.  Yep, that's right!  It's the real McCoy.  And dials just like those of us who have used these remember.  Oddly enough the price is about as much as the iPhone used to be until the recent price drop by Apple.  But hey, if you can afford that, you can afford this.  And which one would really turn more heads?  Get one here.
