The church where the whole “complaint-free” thing started is the one where I went to the concert while I was in Kansas City. For the concert organizers, the complaint-free bracelets got worked into the evening’s schtick, with one of them commenting that he was on his 61st consecutive “first day” of being complaint free.
Nice folks… and if they ever do a Posipalooza here, I’d be tempted to go (and if they had Peter Mayer, who was why Pat & I went to the one in KC, I’d _definitely_ go!).
