I don’t know how I missed this 1995 murder mystery for so many years. Based on a true story about what is probably the worst serial killer every known in recorded history. It took place in the Soviet Union where such things were hidden as an embarrassment to the state. It features a superb cast and stellar acting. It’s a great movie if you get a chance to see it.
