In the world of scripting anything, Mac or otherwise, commands and functions and routines (oh my!) are typically captured within pairs of brackets, parenthesis, etc.  AutoPairs automates this for you on a Mac.

The publisher I work for has a book out now by this title.  I've scanned through it briefly but as in all things technology related, I prefer to just dive in head first and figure it out.

Unlike connecting to a Mac from a PC, this method doesn't use FTP and is much friendlier.  [we have screen shots!]
