I haven’t written much this week not because I have nothing to say (which you all already know) but I’ve been preoccupied in setting up a new site focused on healthy eating and something I’ve been interested in for years but have only just decided to do something, protecting the environment. More as it comes together 🙂

Not being able to sleep, I'm learning, does have benefits. Incredibly, some of the very best TV watching seems to be on between 1 AM and 4-5 AM. I just finished watching a show everyone should see!

The next time a party is thrown that requires (yes, requires) margaritas, someone has GOT to get one of these to try out. It's a high volume margarita mixer. I have no idea how many gallons it makes but you can be certain that using 6 bags of ice and 18 bottles of margarita mix, there are hours of fun awaiting!
Another one of those weird stories that just makes me shake my head in wonderment. LOL! This guy really takes himself seriously, publishing recipes on his web site. This is one sure-fire way to lower your grocery bill.
