I’ve been a huge recycling advocate for many years.  I heard today that Indiana puts more trash in landfills per capita than any other state.  I can believe it.  Most people I know think recycling is stupid and useless, a mindset I do not understand.  To me it simply makes logical sense.  So while it isn’t earth day or anything like that, in honor of recycling today I’ll post a link for a site that helps you locate recycling centers for any type of item you need to recycle from paper to glass to paint to electronics.  Please visit Earth911.com and help do your part.

The classic funny man is gone at 83.  No more pies in the face.  I loved his show.

…is shutting down as Norm leaves the show after 21 seasons.  What a bummer.

Here’s another catch-up film for me.  Unlike most of the others I can’t remember ever hearing about this one and saw the trailer on a DVD for another movie.

Another catch-up for me, and I’ll make this quick.  This 2005 film revolves around famed writer Truman Capote and his research and writing of his book Cold Blood.  Capote becomes totally fascinated by the brutal slaying of a family of four in Kansas and befriends one of the suspects and based on this portrayal, possibly falls in love with him.  I’ve been a fan of Philip Seymour Hoffman since first noticing him in Twister.  He never fails to give a great performance and that is especially true of this movie.  It’s not for everyone, but this is a strange yet engrossing tale and probably a must see for any drama/murder mystery fan.

Wow!  I am totally blessed to have been a part of this worship team.  No offense to any others in the past, but this one really, truly, rocked the house.  Those in attendance are still talking about it.  It was awesome, fun, and such intense worship.  I know in my heart God had to be really pleased!

And I love it.  I only wish it would last longer than I know it will.
